The Federal Territorial Province of Westphal (known more commonly as the Province of Westphal, FTPW, or simply Westphal) was a semi-sovereign state on the UNSC colony world Taradia. It was subject to the planet's central government, which in turn reported to the United Nations Directorate's Colonial Administration Authority; it is worth noting that the latter of the aforementioned organizations was previously under ultimate control of the now-obsolete Unified Earth Government.
