It is February 6th, 2575. The UNSC Colony World Sarathos has been abandoned for several months. It's colonists driven off by the hordes of strange beasts in the swamps. It's cities and townships have fallen into disrepair. Now, the UNSC has decided to take the planet back. The UNSC's Battlegroup Zulu is assigned to recapture the planet. The Covenant Loyalists have had their eyes on Sarathos for a long time. Seeing it abandoned, they send a fleet to capture it. The UNSC and Covenant meet on the planet in a titanic clash which is soon joined by the war between the Native aliens and the swamps beasts. The Marines soon find themselves fighting for their lives.
Thank you for your correspondence. Good to hear from you again.
What you've described closely matches my recollected thoughts on Tom's former activity. Can you provide formal documentation to support it? That would substantiate any case that is being investigated by the administration.

I never said I doubted you; your reports match well with my first-hand experiences of Tom and the reports of others. However, in the event this becomes formal, it will be necessary to procure hard logs. :)
Before the Necros, there was the first wave, before the destroyers came, their heralds came first.
It is nearly the end of 2611, and the war against the Remnant continues. Now, with thier raiding fleets pushed back, the UNSC needs a test drive for its newest combat unit, the 117th Special Operations Regiment, AKA the SPARTAN-IVs. Brute forces recently occupied the UEG colony of Hannibal III and are preparing for a planet wide slavery operation, which could heavily bolster the Remnant War Machine thanks to the massive increase in slave labour. SOCOM has elected to send the 117th in, en masse as part of a protracted guerilla campaign before the 5th fleet can arrive in system to retake the world properly. With the SPARTANS fresh from Operation: DEVIANT, they are itching for a real fire, at this may just be it.
This is an RP for UNSC Naval, Air Force, ONI, SOCOM, SPARTANS and Marine personel, along with Remnant and Pirate forces.
Yeah, I think I'll go ahead and take it. I was thinking about it, but I thought I had read something about Ajax taking it, so I wasn't sure. But thanks for telling me anyways. Good luck in whatever you'll be doing. --<Lies><When Evil Comes><Heroes Shall Rise> 16:19, 3 January 2009 (UTC)

Pics for Necros
Sorry this took me a while to get back to you. Anyways, the point of that forum was to see if I could draw out good Brute articles from the site, not to make new ones; however, if you'd like to help with unused pics, go to Forum:Necros Image Hunt, Phase 3 and see what you can do. Don't mess with the updated canon ones though, I got someone on that already. --//Out of the Darkness////Into the Light// 22:36, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
All PI weaponry is still in place, except I combined your three separate torpedo, missile and rocket launchers into a single, multi-purpose rocket launcher for the JA. However, please run the new ideas by me: the one thing about the Brutes that I think is a big issue is that they don't strike me as one's that would care much for a lot of variations in weaponry. As for your pics, I'm not sure of any real use for them right now; might want to pass them by 'Jax though. However, I may need something like the Heavy Dropship and Walker images you have soon, but more Brute style. Wait on those. --//Out of the Darkness////Into the Light// 22:34, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
We're undergoing site renovation with the site namespace pages (i.e. Halo Fanon:Godmodding, Halo Fanon:About, etc), and your God-Modding page will be merged along with some others into one, central NCF Policy page. That's why it was moved. --//Out of the Darkness////Into the Light// 17:45, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
OK, this is two part: one part's easy, other requires your art skills and pic-finding capabilities.
Need some pics from Halopedia: can you get me a pic of the SPARTAN Laser, all the MJOLNIR variants, the Orbital Insertion Pod, the Seraph, the two types of Elite Energy Shields (three-part original and one-part Graphic Novel variations), the Honor Guard Pike, the Deployable Cover, the Com Node, and the Supply Case?
Take your time, no rush. Note that I'll be gone for 5 days as of 5pm US-Central time tonight, so if you reply, I'll be unable to reply till then. --//Out of the Darkness////Into the Light// 21:41, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
If you have a problem with me or the way I work, I advise you to catch me on MSN (email@example.com), AIM (RamblingCoconut) or catch me with a PM on the IRC (@wikia/Darth-tom). Cheers. --Darth tom(talk)
For a note, a lot of the time I may be either busy with university/other wiki Work or just away from my keyboard, however if you leave me a message I'll respond when I get it. Cheers. --Darth tom(talk)
Thanks, most appreciated. I would get all those Halopedia images myself, but my computer is (unsurprisingly) being difficult. And the armor perms need to be separate pics. --//Out of the Darkness////Into the Light// 17:09, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
Firstly, I'm not the authority on UNSC stuff here: Ajax is front and center with that stuff, while I've got my hand in the USR and Vorenus, effectively control the JA, Yanme'e, and Kig-Yar, and don't mess much with the other factions. That is basically how I deal with things, just so you can keep it in mind for asking questions ;)
Now, anyways, as for your Cheetah, two major problems: one, 'Jax already has a vehicle named the Cheetah (armored ambulence in the Coyote series), and - the much more major problem - Ajax absolutely, positively hates (and you can't overemphasize this) motorcycles built for combat with guns mounted on them. He despises them, and if it were up to him, he'd destroy every single one in existence. So, sorry, but I can pretty much say he won't except it, unless you come up with some impossibly cool way to fix whatever he deems so evil about them (which, no, I don't know) --//Out of the Darkness////Into the Light// 21:43, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
Mr. Parkster, I do not help choose leaders who would help the system or destroy it. I keep to myself, so long as I am able to think and write fannons then I am fine. However you do make an interesting Admin... Twilightstorm 12:21, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
Just letting you know that I fixed your signature for you so it didn't screw up stuff in the sidebar and unalign the page. Sorry to say that it's not possible to change the properties surrounding your name link in the sig, such as font type and boldness.
Well, the only trick would be to figure out something that we could use that would both work as a rank icon and reflect the Brutes themselves. If you'd like to go ahead and try to develop something, be my guest: while you're at it, go ahead and try to come up with one for the Elites too if you can
I like what you did with the Brute ranks, very nice. Also, the CN stuff looks good too; if you could do me a favor (I'm swamped with too much to do in too little time right now) could you create galleries for the insignia on Rank Structure (Necros) in the respective factions? Thanks
As for the Brute RP, I've yet to arrange one with Ajax: I've attempted, several times, in the past to wrack my brain for a form of mission that could involve them in the multi-front Operation: FIRE, but I've yet to come up with one. If you can think of something, please tell me so I can suggest it to Ajax. However, never fear, as the Brutes will have RP's in the rest of the war even if we can't get them in during the first wave
You're a lucky guy parkster :P I erased most mentions of the CN in necros-related articles sometime ago. Only thing I missed was some mention at the Jiralhanae Alliance page, you should go on and do that as my time on today (and the rest of the week) is very limited, if at all (#"¤%#"%&#% grandma and grandpa don't have a router). No need to thank me. Cya
You're right, I just realized that pre-FIRE is probably a bad idea... soooo, let's just go with the Jiralhanae-Necros encounter. I do like the idea of space stations and asteroids and such; you're right, its' a good variation from the norm
Dunno really, i'm just sorting out all the crap i left into something new and higher in quality. The CN were good but held no real place in the Halo Universe and weren't solidly tied with the Human Covenant War. I decided to change them to make it more realistic. My view of what happens directly after the war. I'm not going to stat loads of articles this time but try and do one at a time. Only make new links if i know i'm going to make that article. So a lot of my CN stuff will be deleted or moved. I suppose this change was sparked by the hype for reach! Nice to see you too by the way :D
Hello there Parkster. Nice to see you again; I'm anxious to see what you'll bring with you this time. So, I was looking at your recent edits and I was wondering if I could keep the systems you deleted from Jiralhanae Alliance, just so the Alliance would have some more systems. Please?
Ah, misunderstanding! Because the CN got deleted from the Necros i was erasing all traces of it, which meant withdrawing the CN systems from the article. I don't actually know why they were there anyway. Even if the CN was in the Necros, the JA wouldn't control their capital system! Also as i'm changing the CN (more of that in a bit) i was changing the system and planet names. The Delta Kanteon system no longer exists as far as the CN is concerned. I moved Keonsay to New Yermo for my new project. However you can keep Keonlex and stuff.
Basically the Keonite stuff i didn't like. To God Modded and unrealistic in my opinion. Also as my writing skills have improved drastically since i left, i decided to scrap the CN. It's now the SNU. Really its because of the hype for Reach. I decided to do something in my free time that i have a lot of at the moment. I'm off in a minute to fill in some more gaps. I've just totally re-done the whole concept behind what i really wanted the CN to be. Bare in mind i was 13/14 or something when they were invented. I'm 16 now and i've grown up a bit too and for some reason the CN just don't do it for me any more! I don't really know how much time i'm going to have to get it done, so i'm not putting a limit on myself. However i want the majority of it done so i can take some awesome screenshots for the articles with the new Elite models in Reach. That was the main drive to be honest!
Overall i've learnt that making too many articles and doing too many projects overloads you and you get bored of one thing and then leave it to go onto another where the exact same thing will happen! So i'm just doing the SNU now and if Ajax throws another Brute RP for the Necros then Novus is in there. I'm also grateful for winning the best covee gun of 09 in the annual awards. I didn't even realise until yesterday! But yeh if you want me to help with the JA then i will. I want in on the Necros and the Brutes are underrated and i really wanna flesh out the Brute side of Halo. So yeh i'm back, casually, here and there. My main project and some minor Necros stuff. That's all though. Glad to see ya again. Peace :D
Nice one mate, i'll have a look after i post this! As for the CN stuff, yeh the word "reworking" is an understatement! I've practically taken the core concepts and influences behind what i really wanted, scrapped all the flesh, muscle and organs from the CN for a fresh skeleton to work on! As for the Elites, i'm lovin the new design. I was playin Halo 3 today and i've realised how much the graphics are starting to look outdated. I remember when i first played it! God those 2 and a half years have gone quick! But yeh i'll pop up delete tags on various pages but a lot of them automatically have them on there since i put delete tags on template pages and so every CN article with that original template now has a delete tag. Worked out quite well!
Anyways, unrelated question, when's the next Necros Brute RP? I kinda left Vespera with Novus getting chucked off a cliff. The epilogue never uploaded so its an cliff-hanger at the moment... get it... lol? But yeh i want Novus back in some action with some more high adrenaline kick ass uberness! Cya around :D
Mankind has barely survived, narrowingly missing a deathblow caused by the Covenant. Now with the aid of the Covenant Separatists, the UNSC will be able to start things anew, to rebuild. But unknown to them, an outside force lies on the fringes of UNSC space gathering their forces and preparing to strike. Then forty years later, on one faithful day, they came. Destroying everything in their path.
Who are they you might ask? They are the Saulosians. A Reptillian Race under one single banner with an immense thrist for blood and war. They are an ignorant and proud race and along with the other races under their dominion, they believe that it is time for them to rise up and gain control of the galaxy. The UNSC tries to retaliate as much as they can but they still need aide. New Alliances will be made and New Governments will be forged. All for the sake of survival. The Campaign for survival has begun.
Which side will, you join? The Rebuilt UNSC and their Allies? Or the Reptillian Conquerers and their Dominion.
Hello parkster, I don't believe we've met. I am Juan-a2401, a new user to the glorious fanfic network. I saw you ?advertising? on APS' talk page about images. If you could, could you add a pic of the Aug-A3 to my article MIR-15? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, thanks for expressing your interest in 091! Not a lot of people actually take the time to read the article, but take him for granted as one of the "Big 3" SPARTANs on the site. It took me something like two weeks to lay the groundwork for him, three months to flesh it out, and about six to get it to where it is now. That's not including revisions and corrections to storyline, either. So all in all, it probably took me somewhere near a year to finish it all out. He is without a doubt, my favorite and most-polished character that I have written. I really don't know why he hasn't ever won an award either, but it probably has something to do with people either not reading it or just assuming its already won before. He hasn't been nominated for sometime, and I never appreciate nominating things for oneself, so I just leave it alone. Again, thanks for reading. Glad to see you are back as well, and just as the things with the Brutes are heating up for Operation: FIRE. It'll be good to have someone who actually writes decent Covenant characters back again! Hope all is going well, and if you ever need a question answered or a problem fixed, just let me know. Regards!
Before the Necros, there was the first wave, before the destroyers came, their heralds came first.
Operation FIRE is a massive joint Alliance operation to bring a end to the Covenant Remnant, by forcibly destroying both their infrastructure and armed forces, then taking their capital world. The plan is simple. Sangheili, Imperium, Plainsfier and Machina forces attack their outer defences and draw out their reserves, leaving their capital vulnerable to a massive UNSC Invasion. The plan is to capture the Covenant capital, destroy their military forces and capture their leaders, dead or alive.
You do have a point, so go ahead and change the ranks to all follow that structure: I'll check in when you're finished with them. I do have one point with Novus/Keilus/Ulorus, and that's the point that Keilus and Ulorus are in SPITFIRE while Novus is in HELLFIRE, and that might cause a major problem with the story inter-twining. The Kilo capture thing sounds good, I could likely pull out a red shirt to get killed easy enough. Anything else?
Hey, I was scrolling through recent changes and saw your interest in making SPARTAN-IIIs with the new Reach player models, and a thought occurred to me. I'm all by my lonesome in Lambda, and have quite a few senior NCOs and Squadron XOs who are essentially placeholders. If you'd be interested, would you perhaps want to make a few articles of SPARTAN-IIIs (perhaps Headhunters, to get past that whole nasty "company getting wiped out" buisness) that would then also be senior members of Lambda's leadership? Just wondering. Regards,
Actually, lone wolf XO sounds pretty good actually. I've been building an identity for Lambda, and turned them into a sort of bipolar mess; in combat, they Leonid style, cold, remorseless, merciless, hyper-professional killers, but out of combat the're very "free spirited"; they're the company that drinks, joyrides, and acts like teenage dudes. I've got all the company CO spots filled, and I've been looking for some good XOs. Right now in HELLFIRE me and LOMI are having an intense skirmish between Lambda and Kilo (one which he is already going to win, but that I'm gonna put some serious hurt on him to do so). So take a look and see what you think. Thanks for the quick response,
Dear The parkster,
Season Three of Survival of the Fittest will be starting up soon, and YOU are invited to submit your characters to participate! All you have to do is submit your characters, then sit back and watch as the bloodbath commences. Will your character rise to the top of the heap to claim ultimate victory, or will its mangled corpse become just another character's stepping stone to glory?
If you need any further details or clarification, just visit my talk page and give me a shout. May the best character win!
I'll get that figured out tommorow, hopefully, once I'm finished with my HELLFIRE update. As for jetpacks I'm not entirely 100% sure, so ask LOMI or Ajax. I don't want to give out false information and have Ajax yell at me, but they should know.
Glad to have you aboard! The CO is another Gamma company grad, Scott-G145, and he's known to be a little fool hardy in combat, seeking an adrenaline rush (making him a little reckless). Maybe your guy can balance that out a bit. Also, he's has a gruff "take no shit" demeanor when in combat, and is similar off the field, though less serious. He will perform bascially any objective if ordered, but never really likes it. Ooh, and one more thing about Lambda in general. In combat, they're silent, ruthless, emotionless killers, but out of it, they're essentially party animals; they're super social, and have fun stealing cars and joyriding, throwing parties, drinking, etc. Its all overlooked by Connor, who thinks they should have an outlet. Welcome aboard again,
Sounds good on the deployment plan. As for leadership and responsibilities, it's your choice really. You could take control of both Jake and Scott, while I give overaching orders as Leonid and Connor; you could take control of Jake only, and I could assign company wide duties as Scott that you could then elaborate on, or maybe we could do something interesting and have me write a short beginning (as Scott) then have the perspective transfer over to Jake (who would be written by you) all in the same post, to have some freaky multiple perspective thing going (you could then take control of Scott's actions, portraying him from third person objective, while you portray Jake from the natural third person personal). Or something else entirely. It's up to you. Ciao!
Yes indeed it has been a long time. My plans are to come back on, which I have, as a regular user. Just doing what I can for the wiki and just creating fanon. It's great to know that you are here back as well, now we can begin our plans....for something...something something. Anyways, let's be sure to work together on something soon okay?--H*bad(talk) 01:55, May 30, 2010 (UTC)
Just use the "email user" function on my user page; if you can't attach, then simply C+P the doc into the email. As for the logo, I was trying to make each one stand out as its' own: I'd very much like to at least keep a red tone in the symbol, to invoke blood for them
I haven't been keeping up on the weekly updates, but I caught some of the customization stuff from E3: sounds like you have options to specify what you want to fight, how long, and a bunch of other stuff. Like you said, the amount of stuff on this disc is amazing: I'm almost wondering if they're gonna go with two discs like ODST did
"Folks need heroes, The parkster, to give 'em hope. So smile, would ya? While we still got something to smile about..."
You have been invited to contribute to the Against All Odds roleplay! If you accept, please proceed to the RP page for further instruction.
Hey buddy, alright so I looked over your idea. I would love to have a bit more detail as what you gave me was a bit scattered around. Right now I am involved in a Machinima, which will be done before Reach so I should be able to work with you on this. I have an idea also for a Machinima that we could work on together as well. In fact, I will probably just write up a script for you to view.(This one would utilize the Halo 3 Engine still)--H*bad(talk) 08:32, June 24, 2010 (UTC)
You might be right with the symbols. I'll let you handle it, since you seem to be doing rather well with it anyways.
The RP idea sounds great, although I'm not sure how many would participate: however, it does make me think that that would be a great time for us to get Novus and my two Brutes, Keilus and Ulorus, involved together. Perhaps Novus someone winds up in this final operation? I dunno, but it might be a nice idea: feedback?
Ajax isn't gonna answer us most likely, so just feel free to count it as good to go, though I would kindly suggest it's a story written primarily by ourselves: most people don't have interest in the Brutes, so I say we write it betwixt ourselves and let others join in if they want
Well, Ajax hasn't given any orders for Lambda yet, so we're still stuck on the Eidolon, waiting to insert. I haven't gotten a chance to update, cause I've been a little swamped--hawaii, new job, swim team, major connor update, and a few other things. I'll update when I can. Until then, feel free to post your own segment on Jake's section within the company.
BTW, the Libra article still shows the leader as having the same number tag as Emile; you might want to correct that.

Good thing that we're ready to start soon, but there's a little thing I'd like to talk about.
Specifically, I was wondering if the Flood are really going to be in your operation, HOLY FATHER. I don't mind it at all, I just wanted to double-check in order to decide whether I should include the flood in some way in DIVINE SON or not (it wouldn't be through a Forerunner relic, but a UNSC project studying Flood cells gone wrong by the fall of Athens). If you want to include the Flood, that's all right, I'll just use something else to spice things up (maybe a local schism within the Covenant force). And good luck, let's hope this turns out well :)
Wat? Fed up with the Flood? An integral component of the Halo universe? Meh, I can understand that, actually; they might be a bit overdone. Still, for me it'd be helpful to include them in order to distance it from Lomi's ETERNAL SPIRIT. This way we've got three rather unique main questlines (I like to think of this in a similar way to an RPG); one big UNSC attempt to liberate a region of Earth with some Forerunner artifact goodness later (HOLY FATHER), one ragtag resistance set out to do their damnest to drive out an invasion force on the brink of infighting as well as an additional force being let loose and threatening both forces (DIVINE SON), and finally a last stand with old-fashion UNSC vs Covenant fun (ETERNAL SPIRIT). Recounting it like that, it's actually a good setup, me thinks. Then of course there's the other storylines some users come up with on their own (sidequests, to borrow RPG terminology) :P
Edit: I took the liberty of compiling a page for the RP here. It might save you a bit of work tomorrow :)
I can understand school; I've got a bit of a workload myself. And good that you liked the setup, I'll check with Lomi too if he likes it. And as for the reason I put the separate headers under roleplaying, it was because, from experience with Glorious Oblivion (an RP with many fronts and different locations like this one), it gets messier the more different fronts there are, and there were times when GO got very messy. Now, there may have been other factors contributing to that, but that's my reason for putting in the subheaders; an attempt to avoid unnecessary mess, especially if some RPers choose to roleplay a front on a wholly different date from the others (ex. Other RP ops start on October 23rd, User-conceived op starts on November 3rd). But if the old system is preferrable, I'll get rid of it. I'll check that with Lomi as well, and maybe we should get some opinions from the other RPers which they would prefer? After all, the RP's survival depends on them :)
Oh, and sorry if this sounds nitpicky or selfish, but maybe we should move the date of the RP's start (in-universe, I mean) ahead two or three days? After all, if it starts the same day as Halo 2 takes place, then there's just Regret's and Truth's fleets, successively, that attacks Earth, and they're only concerned with Mombasa. Maybe 23rd of October, 2 days after ODST ends? By then, more Covenant fleets could've arrived, bypassed the defenses and start their attack or in some cases (as in my DIVINE SON) finish their occupation of areas around the globe. That's my suggestion, anyway.
Hope I haven't taken too much your limited time :)
The Dwindling Flame is dwindling
Sonasaurus — Within its barren layers, something has been held for aeons
Hey Parkster, I don't know what's going on, but Reignition's kept everyone on their toes for months. We were all getting restless when the announcement came out that we were starting, and now everything's gone quiet again. Are we starting soon or what...?
If you're not completely MIA and are reading this, know that at least three users with ODSTs are standing by in Sydney, and can rendevouz with Libra Team shortly. Dwindling Flame still has life left in it.
Hello, Parkster. It's been a while hasn't it? I've decided to make my resurgence known and hopefully make a name for myself. I cordially appoint you to be the third moderator in my RP, The Battle of New York. Hopefully, you can help me get some of your upper echelon buddies to get involved.I also used a modified version of the Dwindling Flame rule listing. Thank you for your time, and may your exploits into Halo Fanon be prosperous.War does not determine who is right, only who is left 23:28, April 12, 2011 (UTC)
hi do you have a division or squad i can be put in?
Unfortunately, I let that fall out of my hands a long time ago. When you disappeared and Matt went MIA (permanently, it seems), I just let it go. I'm not really into RP'ing anymore. Too random for my tastes, honestly. So do what you will. I don't think I ever even made my second post in it
First off, sincere apologies for the late reply. Due to real life commitments I haven't had much free time as I'd like and hence my contributions here have taken something of a dip.
As for your request, thanks very much for asking, but I'm sorry to have to decline. It's nothing personal though! I'm not entirely comfortable with the idea of my images being used for another universe (although I've given permission on occasions before for images on an individual basis, it's increasingly rare for me to do so) and some of the images aren't even my own designs, but derivatives of other people's with permission, meaning I don't really have the right to pass their use on. As for collaboration on articles, I'll have to decline, considering I am somewhat overstretched with on-site commitments as it is.
Very sorry to be so totally unhelpful, but good luck with your return to the site and your universe!
Indeed, site clean-up has struck your articles. Generally, if someone's been inactive somewhere around a year or a year and a half we declaring their articles to be namespaced... which for the record is a lot of articles. I didn't realize it until I started doing this >_<
Anyways, I've been fine. Stuff's been quiet, for the most part, but not too bad.
