By far the most important fleet in the UNSC Navy, the Sol Fleet, commonly called the UNSC Home Fleet, is the very first fleet being created by the UNSC, having been constituted during the Interplanetary War in 2164. As its name suggested, the Home Fleet was in charge to protect Earth and as well as the Sol system.
