The State of Hammur is one of the native factions on Utopan. They are the largest in terms of land mass, controlling vast stretches of two continents, Tetellin and Hammur. Because of this, their military is mostly formed of militiamen to guard their vast territories, as opposed to the elite warriors of the Dari Sventir or the Confederation of Garan.
They are also members of the Triple Alliance.
Culture[]
The SoH has many people under its protection from many different areas. Thus, it is filled with all manner of exotic peoples and products, and the capital's marketplace contains people from all over Utopan. This makes for an energetic and vibrant culture.
