Sigma-Fourteen was a small team of four UNSC Marine Shock Troopers under the command of First Sergeant Romero Anderson, as part of the 41st Shock Troops Division.

Sigma-Fourteen would notably take part in large-scale Battles such as The Fall of Reach and Battle of Earth. During the Fall of Reach, Sigma-Fourteen would assist and escort A team of SPARTAN-III's to the location of Covenant Shipmaster Anwi 'Eikumee.

They had a reputation of highly successful outcome, at the cost of reckless behavior.
