The Ship Boring Umbilical Laser is a piece of UNSC equipment.
Description[]
The SBUL is a powerful ship boarding implement, using a titanium ribbed expanded pipe with rubberized expanding cover. The main nose of the SBUL is fitted with a rotating set of four laser cutters, being able to slice open the armour of a warship in under a minute. Once cut it expands foam into the gap to seal the hole in the ship to make it airtight.
