Welcome to the next generation of warfare.

It is early 2574. The war-torn Orion Arm of the Milky Way is at it once again. The UNSC, backed by its Sangheili allies, has been caught off guard by the largely underground rebel group known as the Tinsel Insurgency by the UNSC, named after the planet it began on. Now in power of nearly a fifth of the human population and largely backed by rogue Jiralhanae rebels, the Tinsel Insurgency will stop at nothing to overthrow the UNSC, which may be the most difficult, and possibly dead end, path to salvation.

Rules of the RP

• The accepted factions are as follows:
  • Side 1
    • UNSC - Well armed, yet still war-torn. Wields a fleet of just over 1000 ships,
    • Separatists - Deployed a battlegroup of eight ships along with thousands of Sangheili, Mgalekgolo, Unggoy, and a handful of Kig-Yar which have been payed for by the Separatists.
  • Side 2
    • Tinsel Insurgency - Wields a fleet of 400 ships, none larger than destroyers and most being armed freighters, along with thousands of soldiers, most of which are poorly armed yet some are defecters.
    • Jiralhanae rebels - Mostly pirates. Wields a fleet of 150 ships combined, three of which are run-down CCS-classes.

Roles

SPARTAN Rozh

• UNSC Raven - FFG-905 - CO Commander Ryan Teller - A UNSC Frigate which leads the six-frigate unit known as Battlegroup Raven.

• Major James Corbett - The gung-ho ODST sniper in charge of the 150-odd Marines and ODST's aboard the UNSC Raven. Though he has a few minor muscular augmentations and is naturally 6'7" tall, he is no Spartan by a longshot.

Eve Staleko

• 'UNSC Rampage - MCC-772 - CO Commander Evelyn Staleko- A UNSC Marathon-class cruiser, leading an ONI detachment sent in for SpecOps missions.

Part I

Chapter 1

ORBIT OF UNSC COLONY WORLD FOUNDRY
MARCH 4, 2574 UNSC MILITARY CALENDAR

The UNSC Raven loomed quietly alongside five other frigates in the high orbit of Foundry. The planet was colonized as a last ditch effort to preserve Humanity during the Human-Covenant War and has since grown into a moderate mining colony, dotted with settlements adjacent to massive tunnel and open-pit mines along with the planet's capital city, Geneva City. This city was the planet's closest thing to a metropolis with a population of 100,000. Since 2572, however, the growing Tinsel Insurgency has established an increasing force on the planet and Battlegroup Raven has become the first to respond after three mining towns were almost completely razed by Tinsellans.

In the bridge of the Raven stood Commander Ryan Teller, a veteran of the Human-Covenant War. "Lieutenant Yade, do we have a lock on the rebel camp?" he said, finishing and ousting a skinny cigarette in a metal cup on a small stand.

"Location confirmed. A settlement near Nicaragua River is filled with rebels, approximately one-hundred-fifty hostiles."

"And the civillians?" This time, the Lieutenant paused for a second.

"We are reading between five and twenty out of three hundred surviving."

"Damn it!" Ryan threw his fist down on the stand holding the makeshift ash tray. "Is Sniper Team One ready?"

"Yes, sir. Warming up the pods, Commander."
