History

Poseidon Industries was founded in 2556 by a group on entrepreneurial veterans of the Human-Covenant War looking to use their knowledge of the Covenant to create weapons better suited to killing them and armor for protecting humans. They have been incredibly successful, rapidly expanding to rival Misriah Arms.

Notable examples of their success have been the creation of Trident Armor and the acquisition of the contract for the MA rifle series.

Divisions

Munitions and Armor Research Sector (MARS)

The research sector designs and tests prototype weapons and armor, including firearms, ammunition, and body armor.

Scientists from this sector were selected to aid the Dark Space Shipyards in the production of their experimental graphene armor.

Munitions and Armor Manufacturing Sector (MAMS)

The manufacturing sector of Poseidon Industries is where products are put in to mass production. The current most used line is that used to produce MA7 rifles.

Production lines in MAMS are often rented to other companies in order to manufacture their products. It should be noted that the first M12A3 LDP Warthog was constructed.
