The Patient Respondant was a Covenant AI construct, responsible for providing intel to the Covenant's Fleet of Consecrated Contribution during the Loss of Hope. It was also utilized to suggest battle tactics to the fleet. The AI had the power to override any command or action that might be performed by the fleet as it had seen fit.
