Ninth Electron, Inc was a 23rd century human corporation notable for its numerous technological discoveries and having layed the foundation for future inventions, such as the Magnetic Accelerator Canon, the Odyssey, the lead ship in the first line of interstellar human colony vessels, and even faster-than-light communications.
Ninth Electron was stationed in the United Republic of North America, besides Lake Michigan near what would become the Greater Chicago Industrial Zone.
