'''Colt Team''',''' '''more formally styled as '''COLT Team''' and sometimes referred to simply as '''COLT''', was a 4-man team from the Spartan III program's Alpha Company team attached to '''Commando Group Alpha''', with its members being dubbed as Category-II's, informally known as 'Cat-II's'.
  +
  +
Like all Alpha Company Commando Teams, Colt Team had initially been a 3-man Team but was restructured to a 4-man team prior to their augmentations. This was due to their different mission profile, which was judged to require larger teams than the rest of the company, with additional soldiers being drawn from the failed Headhunter candidates.
  +
  +
Colt Team would serve in countless battles between the activation of Alpha Company in 2536 as a part of Commando Group Alpha, and continued long after the destruction of the main force of Alpha Company in 2537. Unfortunately, Colt Team was destroyed during the Battle of Manticore in 2541, when it was overrun by a Covenant army whilst serving as the rearguard for the evacuation of the remaining UNSC Forces, killing all but Colt One, who sacrificed themself by detonated a HAVOC grade Nuclear weapon in order to stop the Covenant advance.

An overview of the Spartan Teams involved in works by Falkeno.

Alpha Company

Colt Team

Colt Team, more formally styled as COLT Team and sometimes referred to simply as COLT, was a 4-man team from the Spartan III program's Alpha Company team attached to Commando Group Alpha, with its members being dubbed as Category-II's, informally known as 'Cat-II's'.

Fox team was considered the third-best Commando team of Alpha company, falling behind Carter-A259's Panther Team who served as Commando Group Alpha's commander and narrowly been beaten by Jake-A384's Grizzly Team, who became Carters XO.

Like all Alpha Company Commando Teams, Fox Team had initially been a 3-man Team but was restructured to a 4-man team prior to their augmentations. This was due to their different mission profile, which was judged to require larger teams than the rest of the company, with additional soldiers being drawn from the failed Headhunter candidates.

Unfortunately during the final evacuation, Quinn was hit by a plasma blast from a Grunts Fuel Rod Cannon, severing both her legs at the knees, damaging her spine and causing her visor to implode, temporarily blinding her.
