Commander Leon-B247 (Leon Matthias Watson by birth, Sierra Beta Two-Four-Seven by alpha numerical designation, and Codename: WIDOWMAKER by ONI Designation) is a SPARTAN-III Commando and special warfare operator in UNSC SPECWARCOM Group Three. Leon is among the only surviving members of Beta Company, and one of the only four known survivors of Operation: TORPEDO in 2545. He is the commander of Gauntlet Team.
