Judicator

The Judicator is the reaction of Covenant leaders after the end of the Human-Covenant war. The Judicator is selected much like the Arbiter was, a warrior fallen from grace is selected to fulfill a suicide mission. However, the Judicator is used to show a high moral standing, to show that failures can become successes. Therefore the Judicator is seen in the eyes of the Covenant soldiers how the Spartans are the humans.

Attributes

It should be noted that the Judicator is larger, faster, and stronger than most Jiralhanae.

First Appearance

The Judicator was first seen on an unnamed planet on October 21st, 2568. He fought Wings and Autel 'Vadam, wounding Autel. Peec and Fira 'Demal. He forced the two back, and Peec only survived by bringing down his shields with his last shotgun blast. The Judicator then retreated, and left Peec and Fira to the other Covenant forces while Wings carried Autel to the dropship.
