Jerome Imrus "Romey" Valentis (December 5th, 2525—October 24th, 2552) was a company-grade officer that served with the UNSC Army Rangers during the Human-Covenant War.

During much of his later career, he was frequently attached to the UNSC Roadtown as a reconnaissance patrolman and scout sniper for Papa Company 3rd Rangers, a small, yet prestigious combatant formation. He served with said unit from 2549 until his death in late 2552.
