Doctor Jacqueline Rosanne graduated from the Moscow Institute of Technology in 2567 at the mere age of seventeen in the top 3% of her class with degrees in chemical and electrical engineering. She received her Master's in organic chemistry two years later. Jacqueline was recruited by ONI to work in the Dark Space Shipyards as a specialist engineer, working on prototype armor designs and materials. Although she and Doctor Roger Hansen became bitter rivals, they both helped develop graphene armor.

Doctor Jacqueline's crowning moment came in 2572, when she discovered a method of perfecting Forerunner active camouflage technology, resulting in a method of camouflage that is less expensive than the old modules, produces less heat, and is all around more effective.

It is estimated that Doctor Jacqueline's IQ is somewhere between 180 and 210. Tests to close the range have proven inconclusive.
