Plot Synopsis[]
Book 1:
The Human-Covenant War has hit a fever pitch, as the Covenant Armada continues to push humanity into the brink. The only thing that has kept Humanity in the fight has been genetically-engineered supersoldiers that have been trained since youth. Spartans. Now, a new generation of Spartans, born from war-torn worlds and battles, is being created, known as SPARTAN-III, in hopes to turn the tides. Among those Spartans are three young warriors, who couldn't be more different if they tried, now forced to come together to help in keeping humanity from extinct. These three Spartans will be forced to confront the horrors of war, and learn to fight together if they have any chance to survive...

- Ryne-A064: Brutal, Arrogant, and Ruthless. Watching his mother murdered with an energy blade through her chest on Arcadia before a Spartan rescued him, Ryne-A064 is driven by one goal: Punishment. The Covenant destroyed his family, and now wants to burn the alien empire down, or die trying. The Alpha Company Spartan is now one of ONI's feared reapers, being sent on assassination missions targeting Covenant and Insurrectionists alike, due to his marksmanship skills making him an elite sniper. Now, Ryne is now forced into an uneasy union with two other Spartans to cause chaos behind Covenant lines, something the Spartan never asked or wanted.
- Delsin-B240: Delsin-B240 is not a typical Spartan, and it isn't a compliment. Barely surviving his intense training on Onyx, the mousey Delsin was merely an average Spartan that was thrown into the frontlines to blunt the Covenant incursion into human space. Deployed on the ill-fated Operation: Prometheus with Beta Company, Delsin fled and escaped with his life, and found refuge at an independent world. After his recovery, a guilt-ridden and shamed Delsin was given a chance to find redemption - Join the Asymmetrical Action Group on suicide missions in Covenant-held space or get thrown into the hell of obscurity forever. It wasn't much of a choice for the disgraced Spartan.
- Giulia-B255: One of the crown jewels of Beta Company, the bubbly Giulia-B255 is considered to be in a class of her own. Raised on Earth by an adopted family that runs a dojo, Giulia was recruited into the SPARTAN-III Program and trained on Onyx. She was an elite hand-to-hand combatant, due to her natural talents in martial arts, and showcased excellent combat instincts. Driven by motivation to protect her friends and her adopted family back on Earth, Giulia became a Headhunter, sent on a high-risk missions against the Covenant and Insurrections. Now, B255 has been given the task to lead a three-man Spartan team as the Covenant inches closer to home. She will be tested in ways that the Covenant could never match in battle.
