More than likely considering the statement Rot gave us, it stands for "Request for De-Adminship".

On the nose CT. See, it's not that we don't like 077: he's a great guy. It's just that during his roughly 2 & 1/2 years as an admin, he's used his powers roughly five times, and has spent large gaps away from the site (although that's not completely relevant, seeing as how I was forced to spend three months away from the site only two weeks after my RfA was successful)

I was never actually gone; I just wasn't editing.
