The Constitution-class heavy carrier (hull classification symbol: CV) is a heavy capital warship in service with the UNSC Navy.
Overview
The Constitution-class heavy carrier is, at a total length of 2.8 kilometers, one of the largest warships in the UNSC fleet, second-only in terms of size and tonnage to the colossal Jupiter-class supercarrier. The ship's extensive hanger bays are capable of housing 200 Longsword fighters and a large number of support craft, dropships, and ground vehicles in addition to several battalions of UNSC Marines.
Armament
The weapons complement of the Constitution-class consists of a single Mark II (56A2F9) Magnetic Accelerator Cannon, 26 anti-ship missile pods with 40 missiles each, 4 nuclear missile silos, 10 light railgun batteries and 120 30mm PDCs.

UNSC Ark Royal - Provided fighter support for Battle Group 21 during the Battle of Mantle.
UNSC Stalingrad - Destroyed during the Battle of Onyx.
UNSC Akagi - Sister ship to the Musashi, one of the few UNSC ships to survive the Fall of Reach.
Behind the scenes
- The Constuition-class heavy carrier is identical in design to the canon Epoch-class as depicted in the animated adaption of Halo: The Fall of Reach, albeit scaled up to account for the Constitution's increased length; the only noticeable change to the design is the addition of a fourth main engine.
